Terlingua BBQ is smoked in house daily. Our fire starts before the sun rises. We cook in small batches and our BBQ selection may rotate throughout the day based on availability. We recommend 1/2lb per person.

Whole (serves up to 10ppl) | $140 (approx. 5.5 lbs)

Brisket will come in a cryovac bag for easy reheating. Reheating instructions:

• Bring pot of water to rolling boil then reduce to a simmer on low

• Place package in water, do not open or pierce

• Approximately 1.5 hours, covered with lid

Pick up on Tuesday, 12/23 from 12-4PM.
