TERLINGUA BBQ

Terlingua BBQ is smoked in house daily. Our fire starts before the sun rises. We cook in small batches and our BBQ selection may rotate throughout the day based on availability.

*Cold BBQ items are available by the pound or whole

Orders must be placed 72 hours prior to desired pick up date. Orders are not considered confirmed until you receive an email from events@terlingua.me to schedule pick up time.
