You feel that this is a place you see yourself at for another year or more. You feel valued. When times are stressful you know that you are supported by your team. When there are escalations during peak volume or high stress points of time, you know that it can be resolved and de-escalated rationally without blowing up. You feel like you are being compensated both in the rate of pay being earned and benefits in an equitable and competitive way based on your job responsibilities.
